Multi-Function Vegetable Cutting Machine

Multi-function vegetable cutting machine VCM530 is designed for cutting, slicing, dicing, and shredding of leaf vegetables, root vegetables, and fruits. The machine is controlled by a dual-frequency inverter so that the 2 sides can work simultaneously with multiple output capacities.

The vegetables/fruit products can be sliced, shredded, and diced. All thicknesses and lengths can be custom-made and adjusted by cutters and belt conveyors. The cutting machine is easy to install, remove, operate, and clean.

The machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel for the longest durability and in line with food hygiene standards.

This vegetable cutting machine can process both leaf vegetables and root vegetables. The belt side (the side with the feeding belt) can process leaf vegetables and some root vegetables, the non-belt side can process root vegetables.

Spring onions, garlic sprouts, garlic chives, celery, long beans, Chinese cabbage lettuce, and so on.

Root vegetables

Carrots, peanuts, sweet potatoes, taros, bamboo shoots, onions, eggplant, apples, ginger etc.

Cleaning, replacing, and installation of cutting knives

Follow the steps to replace and install different cutting knives. To clean the knives, use the same steps, simply take off the knife plates and wash them with water.

Tips of using

To make sure the vegetable cutting slicing dicing machine works properly and prong its service life, there are some tips for reference:

  • Cut vegetables only, no meat or bone
  • Clean the cutting knives after every shift to keep them sharp and prevent bacteria growth
  • Clean and dry the machine after every shift
  • Clean the vegetables before cutting slicing and dicing, avoid screens or metal
  • Use the proper power supply, and connect the wires correctly, ground wire is a must
  • If the machine needs to idle for a long time, take off and grease the knives. Clean and dry the machine. Store them in a clean dry environment.
